Will agents really handle the office work?
That is the product vision: agents that follow through across front-office, financial, and growth workflows within your rules. Connected quote, agreement, booking, email, and reporting workflows are implemented. Full agent-led bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and proactive marketing are in development. We’ll confirm the exact capabilities and connections for your business before enrollment.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Often there are options, including forwarding, porting, or provider-supported hosted messaging. Eligibility depends on your number, current provider, country, and desired voice/SMS setup. Ask the assistant about your number type and provider; don’t share passwords, account PINs, or private credentials.
What is included in the $89 plan?
All Loarre software modules and supported integration access, including new software modules as they’re released. Optional AI receptionist usage is charged separately at actual voice-AI and carrier cost. Third-party provider subscriptions and transaction fees are charged by those providers.
Does AI replace the inspector?
No. The inspector evaluates the property and is responsible for the findings. AI helps organize information, support writing, and coordinate the business. Customers sign their own agreements, and financial actions require the appropriate permissions.
Where can I use Loarre?
In a modern browser on desktop computers, tablets, and phones. Dedicated Apple App Store and Google Play apps are planned; no store download is available yet.
